WHAT'S NEW AT UP-TIME SOLUTIONS, INC.

TargetDispense™, Designed for operator targeted grease applications. Just point the outlet nozzle to the target and depress the finger actuated system start switch. 

TargetDispense™ grease applicators are made from 6061 aluminum for durability. Customers like the way it fits the hand and it works great for left or right handed operators. 

TargetDispense™ grease applicators can be adapted to be use with all kinds of nozzle configurations. We have our standard straight down tube outlet, down tube brush applicators, or we can bend up some tube to match the application such as our horizontal tube applicator. You can cut the tube down real short or add a 32 inch long tube for targeting those hard to reach spots. 

TargetDispense™ grease applicators even work with our optional suck back device. Grease suck back devices will greatly reduce grease from oozing at the nozzle tip between grease applications. Please note that oozing grease can be cause by several other factors that we can discuss as needed.

Target Dispense™ is available in two logic control configurations: Air Logic controlled or PLC controlled

1. For Air Logic controlled systems order part number S10555
2. For PLC controlled system order part number S10500. 

These units are assembled with -6 JIC male inlets and -6 tube fitting outlet with 4 inches of stainless tube. Both the inlet and outlet have -4 NPT threaded ports that you can adapt to any size hose or tube that your application requires.

The units come with a balancer connection lanyard so it can be installed on the assembly line in moments. We are offering these products to end users and distributors for worldwide distribution.

Why did we make TargetDispense™? After looking high and low for a nice neat application handle with built in finger actuated switch we came to the conclusion that no one made one so we built our own in an effort to fill our customers needs. These units can be used to replace old foot actuated system start switches.
