Grease dispensers have been a priority of ours for years and we build so very simple systems to very complex systems.

We package dispensers in a way that all you do is order one or two part numbers and that's it.  Check out some examples of what we make below.  Sure you could source all the items required just like we do, but why, when you can have us do it for you for about the same price?

A typical grease dispensing system consists of three elements that comprise hundreds of parts.

  • The First Element is a Grease Pump system is required to get the grease out of the pail. This is the heart of the system. And depending on the application you can use a Topper or a Ram pump. 

  • The Second Element is a Grease Dispenser. Determine the shot size in weight or volumetric measurement.  

  • The Third Element is the Grease Applicator or Custom Fixture.

Grease Dispensers:
Most of our clients utilize our Mini-Gram or Gram-Master along with our trigger actuated "TargetDispense" control handle. These systems will give you a nice neat shot of grease time after time so your operator can target directly where they are pointing. 

Custom Fixtures:
Some engineers want more control, so we can design Custom Fixtures  with or without part sensors, designed specifically to target the grease exactly where the engineer wants it time after time.  


Custom Grease Application Machines:
We also build completely automated part feeders that present one lubricated part at a time.

Custom Grease Application Machines are sometimes required to resolve ongoing quality related issues. Up-Time Solutions, Inc. can offer support in this area and come up with some creative solutions to assist you in overcoming these problems.

If your facility is constantly running into the same costly problem with associates not applying the grease where it does the most good then chances are you need a custom grease application machine. Custom machines are normally considered if fixtures are not a reasonable problem solving solution for your application.

Pneumatic Pump Shut-Off Kit

When the container is empty the system automatically shuts off the air supply to the grease pump air motor. The adjustable low level limit switch contacts the Ram cylinder and sends a pilot signal to the shut-off valve.

This kit works with Graco five gallon ram pump system models Monark and President.

Why do you need this kit? To eliminate pump damage due to pump runaway caused by empty container. It will also eliminate air from getting in the grease supply hose. Air/grease mixture causes dispensing issues such as oozing grease at the outlet nozzle or fixture. Oozing takes place by the normal decompression process of the air once the grease/air mixture passes to the atmospheric side of the dispenser. This problem leads to added housekeeping, grease waist and short shot issues on the assembly line.

TargetDispense Control Handle
Designed for operator targeted grease applications. 

Just point the outlet nozzle to the target and depress the finger actuated 
system start switch. 

Target Dispense is available in two logic control configurations: 
Air Logic or PLC logic controlled

  1. For Air Logic controlled systems order part number S10555
  2. For PLC controlled system order part number S10500. 

TargetDispense control handles come assembled with -6 JIC male inlets and -6 tube fitting outlet with 4s of stainless tube. Both the inlet and outlet have -4 NPT threaded ports that you can adapt to any size hose or tube that your application requires.

The TargetDispense
control handles come with a balancer connection lanyard so it can be installed on the assembly line is a snap. We are offering these products to end users and distributors for worldwide distribution.
