Quicklub
Perfect for most construction machinery

System Description
In a Quicklub system, lubricant is supplied through a fully automated system using electric pumps (DC or AC) and progressive metering valves.   

More than a drilled manifold block, the SSV metering valve incorporates a series of metering pistons, which accurately dispense lubricant from each outlet.  Visual monitoring is provided with an indicator pin, which confirms a valve has completed a full cycle. See how an SSV valve works.

The electric pumps feature a unique lightweight synthetic housing and are available with an integrated timer control unit. Show internal function of Quicklub pump.

Centro-Matic
Ideal for larger machines

System Description 
The central pump station automatically delivers lubricant through a single supply line to the injectors.  Each injector serves only one lubrication point and may be accurately adjusted to deliver the precise amount of grease or oil required.  Centro-Matic systems can be designed with air-operated, electric, manual or hydraulic pumps.

Helios
High pressure, two-line automated lubrication system for grease

System Description 
Two-line systems are popular around the world for their ability to supply lubricant for large applications under demanding conditions. In two-line systems, the lubricant is supplied to a change-over valve by a central pump. From there it is supplied alternately into one of the two main lines.

The system can be operated with manual, electric or hydraulic pumps. 
Centralized pumping stations with lubricant container systems and PowerMaster supply pumps provide lubrication for your entire plant.

HAMMER PUMPS
Lincoln offers several approaches to meet your most demanding hammer applications

Hammer Pump - HTL 429  
Designed especially to lubricate hydraulic hammers used in construction and demolition, the HTL 429 mounts directly on the hammer. Ideal for rental companies that lease hammers and construction professionals that want to swap their hammers between more than one excavator or other carrier machine. Uses standard 14.5 ounce grease cartridges. Because the HTL 429 operates every time the hammer is engaged into the work surface, you dont have to stop work to manually lubricate the tool with a grease gun.

Hammer Pump - HTL-101 
Our European engineers have developed a unique hammer pump that also mounts directly to the hammer. Based on Quicklub technology, the HTL-101 uses an exclusive grease cartridge system and features rugged design and ease of use.

Quicklub 203 
 For larger hammers, you'll want to the increased capacity of the Quicklub 203 pump to supply continuous lubrication while the hammer is being used. The 203 mounts on your excavator or backhoe, is equipped with a larger pump element for tough greases and offers advanced features to ensure improved performance on the job. 

FlowMaster Pump 
For the really big jobs, you need a lubrication system that can deliver more lubricant on demand. With 5 gallons or more of lubricant capacity, Lincoln FlowMaster pumps are ideally suited for the biggest hammers on the planet! The FlowMaster Pump is available in 12 & 24 VDC, as well as hydraulic models.
